Remarks
Infrastructure is really good of Svits and it provide varied courses including three types of courses for Computer science itself including Cloud computing. Textile Engineering is also provided which is one in itself in whole of Madhya pradesh. Overall it's a decent college which provide engineering degrees in various newer streams.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum of Computer science course is really good at SVITS. It includes all the important subjects of modern Computer science.SVITS also has computer lab which is equipped to provide students with good knowledge opportunities. All the faculties have good industrial knowledge and are happy to help the students and impart good industrial knowledge.
Placement Experience
Placement cell of college is really active and helpful in bringing lot of good companies in college. However being private state college, most of the companies were service based and for computer science students. However students of all branches are alloweed to sit in recruitment process. Svits also had some core Electrical Engineering companies.Placement process and criteria was different for different companies but the process was comfortable and usually for a single day. Alumni network of SVITS is average
College Events
SVITS provides good campus life with cultural fests, sports fests, technical fests, etc where students can showcase their talent in co curricular as well as extra curricular activities. All the other college students can participate in these competitions of SVITS. These fests and activities are planned by SVITS students with the help of professors.
Campus Life
Campus has state-of-the-art library with good number of books for each stream as well as general management books. Campus has a very good auditorium with the capacity of 500 people. We also have sports complex for various sports. It has Computer labs, electrical lab, textile lab with all the modern machines, carpentry, etc.
Hostel Facilities
I don't have much idea but my friend opted for girl's hostel and she was was satisfied by it. It was safe for girls with all the facities. The warden was really helpful and the rooms were in sharing basis.
