Remarks

Living in same city, good placement opportunities and reference from relatives were the factors on which I decided to come to Amity. There is nothing I like the most about this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teaching physics and chemistry as 5 credit course can never help an computer science student. It rather brings compulsion to study those subjects just to score good in semester. Important subjects are being taught in 3rd, when just a year is left to apply for jobs!!

Placement Experience

Placements are just fine. Almost every company comes for tech or management jobs. Many students of core fields don't get opportunity to work in what they studied for last 3,4,5 years.

College Events

Most of the events in fest are such that people managing them are the only ones enjoying it. There are no proper technical fests in my department.

Campus Life

Wi-Fi is good, science lab equipment looked fine, size of library is ok for the number of students in college but there ain't much sports outside the groundTT room and Gym remains closed throughout year.

Overall I can say that no changes is needed in the curriculum but there should be needed of improvement in teaching method of lecturer. Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

My Biggest reason to choose this subject to I like art related work,so I choose this subject. One advantage of doing this subject is that along with art,you can learn a lot from other social and cultural aspect as well. There is a need to make some improvements in this subject such a a course should be of shorter duration and the syllabus should be made a little shorter. Whatever the exam,the subject should be made a short subject with less duration and should not be of long duration.
