NITRR is an institute of national importance and provides you with all the facilities to grow and shape your career like Ph.D. professor who gives you the best guidelines, easy access to information about the competition in the market, various clubs, and committee to grow your interpersonal skills.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course syllabus covered all the basic information required to understand the subject and grow your career in that particular domain but it should include some more subject which required to work in latest work culture like python, data science etc.
Internships Opportunities
I have opted as Product developer in Vedanta Private Limited where i worked on a on going software project. It was quite helpful from career perspective.
Placement Experience
Various companies visited our college like Intellect Design Arena, Vedanta, CA Technology, Adobe, Polaris, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Coal India. The placement process was good which include an aptitude test, GDPI, technical round, and HR round. The placement department was very supportive of the process. They try to call as many companies as possible. The Alumni network is very supportive they used to send their company for placement and internship.
College Events
Campus life was awesome. There were lots of technical, social, cultural fest. We used to have biggest technical fest "AAVARTAN" in which participation were around of 5k people, we had inter college sports fest named as "SAMAR" consist of all sort of sports, we used to have cultural event "ECLECTIKA" with more than 6k participant and many more events on regular basis. We has various clubs also like social club- SAHYOG- THE MENTORSHIP CLUB, RAAGA- cultural club and Sports committee, mess committee and many more to grow your skills.
Fees and Financial Aid
I used to get merit-based scholarships from state governments.There is the various scholarship available all the details we used to get easily from the student section of our college and college was very supportive in availing those.
Campus Life
The infrastructure was pretty good. We had a big library which consists of books of all branch and we had e-library facility also which include the latest facility including plagiarism test. We had wifi facilities in the hostel and the labs were equipped with the latest facilities.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels were awarded on basis of your marks. My mark was good, so I used to get selected for it. The hostel rooms were quite good and mess food was above average. Infrastructure was good with arms loaded security in NITRR but their behaviour were awesome, they never used to compromise with the security of student or college. I feel one improvement area was food in mess which can be made better as it was lots of fund from the government.
