Remarks
As compared to 2nd generation IIM's, IIM Ranchi has better industry perception, location, weather, connectivity, niche HR programme-so better future prospects for college overall (Eg XLRI, MDI, TISS), lesser fee. Also if we look closely, IIM Ranchi will have a permanent campus by 2021 and all the biases against the institute will be sorted.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very frequently updated, and faculty members are very professional (all faculty members are PHD holders). There is a lot of focus on academics and the use of technology in teaching. They are also very approachable in case of any doubts and queries.

College Events
since we joined IIM Ranchi during the pandemic, and have been attending classes virtually so i cannot comment on the campus life. But from what i've hear, its better that even older IIM's, with private rooms and bathrooms. Also there are a lot of extra curricular going on as well to keep everyone busy
Fees and Financial Aid
I did not apply for any scholarship offered by college, but there are a lot of tie ups with banks who provide loans at very cheap rates (Eg, CBI, UBI, PNB etc)
Campus Life
IIM Ranchi currently operates from temporary campus, but the Permanent campus is coming up soon and hopefully will be ready by 2021. There is a lot of focus on making the campus ready as soon as possible.
Hostel Facilities
Cannot comment on that, since Ive been attending classes virtually due to COVID pandemic. But from what I've heard, the campus esp. hostels are very beautiful and comfortable, and actually a home away from home
