Institute of National Importance. Although the Institute doesn't have its permanent campus yet even after 8 years of its establishment, yet the facilities(mess, hostel, infrastructure) provided are sufficient to lead through the graduation.
Course Curriculum Overview
There is a high scope of improvement in teaching methods both due to faculty as well as the course curriculum. Despite having a few optional subjects as per the curriculum decided by the Senate, there are no teachers available who can teach optionals. Hence, ironically optionals are all compulsory subjects. No designated teachers for different courses. Same teacher teaches one or the other subject over the span of 4 years.Some courses need to have a course updation. The course content seems to be outdated and must be thoroughly reviewed as per the current technologies and trend in other Institutions.
Internships Opportunities
Companies visit campus to hire students for summer internship in the third year. Based on the performance in the summer internship, the companies also extend fulltime offers to the eligible candidates. If a student is not placed in any company or is interested to work on a research project, the student can work under a professor from the Institute for 2 months doing research.
Placement Experience
In the year when U graduated (2020), the placements were really amazing. 100% of the batch got placed. Top MNC's like Adobe, Amazon, Mathworks and companies from Japan along with others hired students with decent packages. The highest package offered was 45 lpa and the lowest was 6lpa . The average package offered was around 12 lpa .
Fee Structure And Facilities
As mentioned earlier, the Institute does not have its permanent campus yet, there are lack of facilities like gymnasium, sports complex in the hostel campus. Fee is hiked every year in some or the other way. A hostel establishment fee is incurred from the students every year. Scholarships and financial aids supported by the state governments are valid in this Institute. However, scholarships based on performance in the Institute are not available.
Campus Life
Life at campus is quite enjoyable mostly because of the clubs started by the students despite lack of a permanent campus. Students try to give out their best in Cultural and technical activities even after lack of funds. Library is well equiped with latest books and journals. Students run many cultural clubs for music, drama, dance, art, literature, technical etc and organise various events throughout the year to engage the student community.

Admission
No, the admission was completely based on rank in JEE Mains as per merit. The cutoff rank changes every year based on JEE rank. In order to change a branch , the student must be in top 10% of the total batch in the first year subject to availability of seat in the desired branch.
