The course required a three or four-year graduation degree. The NMAT and NMIMS application forms were available on their respective websites. There were no formal reservation benefits, and work-ex was not required, though it did add value in personal interviews. I secured 240 in the exam and cleared the cutoff which was 235 for 2021 admissions. The application fees totaled around Rs 5000. Following the entrance exam, there will be WAT and PI. WAT had the general topic of current affairs and interview based on work ex and hygiene questions.

The course curriculum for NMIMS is really good and it keeps updating its curriculum according to the industry standards. A practical approach to problem-solving is the key. Faculties are very helpful and supportive. The faculty: student ratio is 1:15. Quiz happens from time to time and they are of moderate level difficulty.

Google, Microsoft, Genpact, Marico, Flipkart, Dabur, and ITC are among the companies that have visited campus. Backend investment banking, equities and research, sales and marketing, and other operational roles are all available. The procedure is relatively easy and takes about two months. The average stipend is 60,000 per month, with the highest stipend being approximately 1.5 lacs per month. All students hot the summer internship.

The placements are really good. This year 150 companies participated which were mostly from sales and marketing, finance, consulting, and Product management domains. The average package was 18 lakhs and for the top 25 percent, people average was 22.5 lakh. There was 100% placement this year.

My two-year tuition is approximately 21 lakh. It is a little pricey, but the return on investment is reasonable. The college offers numerous opportunities in case competitions. It offers scholarships to students who are financially challenged and have a good academic record.

There are numerous clubs and committees at the college that organize events such as Euphoria. The clubs are such as finance club, operations club, NJM (Marketing), Economic cell, and cultural cell. The campus is beautifully designed, with all of the amenities that a student could want. The library is well equipped with good material available both online and offline.

This time, instead of GD, there was WAT, and it was online. The topics for GD and WAT will mostly be from current events or some abstract ones. Following the WAT/GD, NMIMS faculty would conduct one interview. It would be based on work experience, internships, basic hygiene questions, and current events. Prepare your work ex properly and read current events on a regular basis.
