Because it's one of the best institute for science in India. I got exposure to work with some of the best scientists in India. I opted this course because I want to become a Chemistry Professor in future.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is updated and latest. Faculties are mostly good and an expect in their field. I found Balanarayan Sir the best. He teaches us Quantum Chemistry. Here other than science, you'll learn about Basic English and other interdisciplinary courses.
Placement Experience
Not many companies have visited us, because there's no option for campus placement here. Most of the students opt for PhD after completion of their BS-MS degree. More than 90% got admitted in Foreign universities for PhD. Some other opt for Private jobs in companies, and some start their own research work.
College Events
We've our cultural fest Insomnia which is organized every year. Here we invite students from colleges of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, UP to participate in the events. Some of the famous celebrities who have come to our fest are The Local Train, The Spunk
Campus Life
Sports facilities are good here. We have a well equipped stadium for Cricket and football. Other than these, we've courts for Badminton, Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis, Squash. Wi-Fi quality is really great here. Library has 8 floors, and sufficient space for students to study. Equipment availability is satisfactory in labs.
