Remarks

Really good college for research fellowsand also immense opportunities that it provides to students in research field.Also researchers and seniors are so helpful you just need to stepup. Beautiful campus in a very beautiful city tempts any student to join IISER mohali.

Course Curriculum Overview

Courses are versatile and very exciting. Academically also it is really a different course a bit difficult courses might be there and also you have to learn courses of mathematics even if you are from bio background.Faculties are really awesome. Dr Mahak Sharma is a biologist who's work is intriguing and there are many more researchers like her in the campus

There are no placements,this research college provide research opportunities only. So one who is looking for placement college should not opt for this one. If you want a job you need to find one. But for researchers it's the best.

College Events

Campus life is awestruck, extracurricular activities involve dance, music, robotics, astrology, enterpreneurship and many more. Different festivals of different states also been celebrated every year in the campus.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is well maintained,sports facilities are really good, wifi is also nice, library is the best part of college IISER mohali's library holds an award too for being one of the best libraries in india,equipment are also nice.

Hostel Facilities

IISER mohali is a residential campus so the one who wants to persue any progam must live in the hostel. Hostel is also nice but in first and second year of BSMS you neet to share the room with a roommate.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

Good College, Placement and Great Infrastructure and Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty of Delhi University was fabulous well educated professors were there and in chandigarh University too the faculty is quite good and helping in nature. Faculty is always ready to help students at both universities. They teaching style is fabulous at both places. There were only semester exams in Delhi University and some internal tests and practical file marks were there butin chandigarh University we have exams every month this must be changed
