Good Remarks: A Great place to learn. I miss Sathyabama University and Look for an opportunity to be at Sathyabama University if i get a chance. Hostel and Mess are Best and I believe Management will continue the same.

Got admission based on Higher Secondary Schooling Score. I opted EEE since it was my passion. So I explored colleges which provide greater opportunity of learning in the field of Electrical. Sathyabama University came up and when i enquired with my friends go good reviews. So I took this college.

The course curriculum here are updated frequently by the Academic Team. Also they provide opportunity of practical learning which provided me a platform to do mini-projects. The curriculum is in par with the industry. Industry guest lecture as part of the curriculum also provides a industry perspective to our learning.

I never heard of internship when i was pursuing my Engineering. I believe that internship is being provided now. I am happy that my juniors are getting this opportunity.

The placement session of the institution invites companies department wise as well general. Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies visit regularly and all students will be provided opportunity to attend. Placement is not a big constraint in Sathyabama University, Chennai

Special mention - College Day, Female Fest, Freshers Party are celebrated in a great way. In addition to this each department conduct various technical and non-technical state and national level events. The common events will have participants in thousands. The best thing about these events is that we students are given to opportunity to organize and coordinate.

I paid 75000 per year and I believe it is nominal compare to other deemed universities in Tamil Nadu. This fee structure is feasible and as mentioned is average. Even rural student will not see it expensive. In addition the University provide scholarship to toppers and rural based student through various schemes.

Yes the university offers various scholarship schemes. And concerned with bank loans they make necessary arrangements.

Gender ratio: 60% Male and 40% Female. A approximate value i am telling. And regarding events they happen very frequently and for sports there are special preference given. Students participate in various national and international level. Basketball and volleyball team have won many prizes when I was doing Engineering.

Hostel is the best in Sathyabama university. The rooms is based on sharing. I was at a 3 bedded room. A large room, with individual beds, 24 hour water supply, drinking water round the clock, landline and so on. The food in the hostel is superb and will be homely. Food is unlimited and variety of foods. Hostel and Mess is best in Sathyabama university.

Good. I am in touch with my seniors and staffs through social network. There chapters and groups based on the year. I believe it is good. I am still connected with seniors and faculties.

The exam structure in sathyabama is semester per year and will have internal assessment in between. The labs in the university are very cool and we students love to work in the lab as the ambiance and the updated system configuration motivates us a lot.

Faculty - Strict. Faculty will focus more onn academics. Though they are strict they show parental care towards us in terms of our performance in academic is concerned. They also motivate towards pursuing extra courses that will add to strength to students in terms of technology.
