Remarks

I chose IIM Ranchi Because it is the fastest-growing new IIM India with the best placement record across all the new IIMs like IIM Raipur, IIM Rohtak, IIM Udaipur and IIM Trichy, the other reason was the excellent faculty with great academic background along with strong industry exposure

It is very new age with all the latest upgradation like subjects like data sciences and other related new age to help student be directly employable and make them ready for any changes so that they are able to reach new high

Course Fees: INR 16 per year

Placement Experience

Bosch, Berger Paints, Cipla Health, HP, ICICI Lombard, Emami, Maruti Suzuki, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sony and Titan among others, to offer roles like Digital & Social Media Marketing, Market Research & Intelligence, Product Marketing, Campaign Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Agile Sales and Brand Manager among others.

College Events

Starting from semester 3 students become eligible for campus placements. The only one company which came for pool campus and made no offer was Alight Solutions. Highest package provided by Amul was more than 7LPA. Almost all got placed. After degree I'm currently doing a job in my specialised field only i.e. HR

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students get eligible for placements. I guess around more than 50+ companies visit the campus. The highest package is always around 20+ lakhs and on average you can consider 12 lakhs while the lowest is 8 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed can be said around 95%. My plan is to get a good corporate job and work there as such no fancy plans.

It was under my budget. Because of my financial condition of my family that time I was unable to pay the college fees and education loan didn't get sanction by the bank because of my family financial records they were asking for guarantor it must be government employee it was very hard to find no one were ready to help my father and me as a guarantor so I decided not to study in that SBS Ahmadabad college I asked the college to return my money whichever I deposited for registration Rs.20,000. After that I planned to get admission in Kejriwal Institute of Management Development Studies (KIMDS) which is in Ranchi Namkum.

IIM Ranchi is completely student run college compared to other tier-2 IIM's, with equal focus on academics and extra-curriculars. Here, you get freedom on what you choose. It has been carrying the legacy as the best new IIM since its inception. And I feel it is the best college in league of tier-2 IIMs as it has been performing better in every aspect from placements to organizing guest lectures and Events.
