Remarks

IIM Ranchi 10 years young and is among the top new IIMs. They have a really good faculty and good placement records. IIM Ranchi is making impressive strides in its journey towards excellence in all quarters, proactively evolving with the changing business ecosystem.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is really good and updated. The course syllabus gets updated every year according to the changing needs of the industry. They provide industry exposure by giving internship opportunities after first year.

Placement Experience

A total of 42 companies visited for 2020 batch. Some of the companies are Flipkart, EY, Deloitte, Sony, Tata Steel, Samsung and Maruti Suzuki. We have a strong alumini network accross the globe.

College Events

There are lots of events happening all throughout the year. Many clubs and committees organise such events. Agon is the management fest of IIM Ranchi. Rush is the technical fest of IIM Ranchi. These events are usually big and see a great amount of participation.

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass
