Remarks

This is one of the top most best colleges in India. I heard that the teaching and behavior of teachers is awesome. The campus is also good.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is good. The Syllabus is also easy. Mr.David my English Lecturer was really an awesome man. He is also from my native. Not only me, everyone in the college like him. The disadvantage is only with Industrial Visit. But enough Programs are being conducted.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

College Events

Events are conducted usually. Atleast once in a month a program is being conducted. There are 30 different clubs like dance, drama, environmental, etc in our college. Students can prove their talents in their interested categories. They are also provided marks for their performance.

Fees and Financial Aid

I was availd 90% scholarship from College side

Campus Life

Sports facilities are Good. Library is enough big. Almost 500 students can sit in the library.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.
