Remarks

Parents had given me only 2 city as option. I have to choose form that And this college is got in that category. And professors are cool. And several events happes through out the year And most important kolkata is the city of joy.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus was updated according to CBCS syllabus. Slightly Faculties were very cooperative and supportive whenever you need help there are always some professor in the library. Mostly Aditya daima sir was most supportive throughout the course

Biggest event of kolkata happen in our college "UMANG" of 4days straight Competing different colleges of the Kolkata and west Bengal in several sports and activities Key events- the sufy concert on 1st day Fashion show of bhawanipur Main event containing a celebrity

Campus Life

There is a basketball court in the center of the campus and beside that there is canteen in one hand and sport arena on the other And they are full of stuff. Library have the amazing collection of books in different languages and regional books are also available. Wifi is limited to 500mb pe connection per day

Hostel Facilities

No I lived in pg for my 1st year then shifted in flat with my friends. Pg experience is the best of all meeting new people in the starting and keeping them for whole life. As usual food is not good in any pg not the roommates.

Hostel Fee: INR 72000 per year

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I got rejected by goenka college of commerce as i could not get their cut off marks . THE FACTS OF BESC

I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
