My MA Experience @DU SOL

Delhi University is, without a doubt, one of the best universities in Delhi for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. I applied for the SOL DU course because of the course flexibility and the great education facilities offered by the university. The education facilities along with easy-to-understand course curriculum and well-educated faculty members were some of the reasons why I decided to join the MA program at SOL DU.

The thing I liked the most about the MA program of SOL Delhi University is its flexible course curriculum and well-educated faculty members who really helped me throughout the course curriculum. The faculty members and teaching staff of the university is well educated in their respected fields and have years of teaching experience. They make the subject easy to understand and include various activities which make the course content easy to study.

There are few internship opportunities offered by the university to SOL students. However, I did not apply for any of them. I receive an off campus internship opportunities which offered great stipend so I decided to do that instead of applying for on campus internship offers.

After my first year of the MA program at DU SOL, I became eligible to apply for the placement drive of the university. The placement drive of DU is managed by the placement cell of the university. The students can expect to receive an average salary package of up to 7LPA to 12 LPA during their placement drive.

The total fee of the Masters of Art program of Delhi University School of Opening Learning is about _9,980 in total, which is affordable and can easily be paid through yearly charges. The tuition fee per year of the program is _3430 for both years, and students have to pay an exam fee of _810 and an activity fee of _750 per year. The total fee for one year is _4,990 which has to be paid during the registration period.

My overall experience at DU SOL campus was very fun and enjoyable. The college conducts various events, activities, functions and competitons on the campus ground for all students to participate. The campus also have various facilities such as library, game equipment and fitness equipment for students to use.

Most of the affiliated colleges of Delhi University SOL do not have any on campus hostel facilities for students, while few colleges under DU does offer on campus hostels to students. There are still many hostel facilities available in Delhi for students so they can apply for rooms around their campus if needed.

The admission process of the MA program at DU is simple. The first step includes submission of the admission form before the given deadline. After the submission of applications, the university will accept the applications of students based on admission seat availability and qualificiations of the candidates.
