Why to join JSS Noida?

I joined JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida in August 2017 by the counseling process conducted by AKTU. This counseling process considered rank obtained in UPSEE 2017 examination. This college is situated in the heart of Noida and very close to the Delhi (4-5 KM). The JSS ATE Noida is considered as one of the best college among all the colleges affiliated with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and has very good rating. The location of this college is very helpful for the students because Various coaching (e.g. Made Easy, Gateforum, Paramount etc) for competitive exams and Offices of Multinational companies is situated nearby the college. This provides students a good environment for their academics as well as industry experience. The College has astonishing campus with 27 acres of land, It has centralized Air-Conditioned library which gives healthy environment for regular studies. The faculties is good and are from IITs NITs and other prestigious colleges and universities. Their is no dress code. Placement is good for CS, IT and EC, Placement in Core branches is not good but it is a national wide scenario So you have to focus on your goal if You want placement. I opted Electronics and Communication Engineering in JSS ATE, Noida. In my choice filling for colleges in counseling process, I selected IET, Lucknow over JSS ATE, Noida because IET is govt. institute but I didn't get IET so I joined JSS ATEN. The curriculum was as per AICTE norms and decided by AKTU. The faculties was good at JSSATE in EC Branch and highly qualified from good institutions but at graduation level, spoon feeding is not entertained, So You have to focus on yourself if You want good results in academics. Student Faculties ratio is 1:40. In every semester, Three Internal assessment is taken and one final Semester exam is conducted at University level. The examinations are very easy to pass, but You have to start at least 10 to 14 days before examination if You want to pass the examination.

Placement is good for branches like Computer science and engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering. 60-70% of the placement comes from these branches. Also some company from core branches visited the college and students from Civil, Mechanical and Electrical engineering gets offer, but this is very less as compared to IT companies. Because of location of college, All major competitive exmas coachings situated near by the college so If any student doesn't want placement, He/She can go for it.

The total fee for the Bachelor of technology program in any stream at JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida is 4,87,000 in rupees, but student (who got admission through counseling process) with economic weaker background can get scholarship assistance and fee reimbursement from UP Govt. Also their are few seats reserved for Economic weaker student whose family income is less than 2,00,000 in a financial year known as FW (Fee waiver) seats. Anyone can get the FW seats from applying in counseling process irrespective of other reservation. Also their are scholarship schemes by Central government e.g. Merit cum Means Based, Special Pragati scholarship for girls etc.

College life is overall good and college provides so much opportunity for student's overall personality growth. Their are many societies and cultural student clubs in the college in which student can take part based on their interest and skills e.g. Illuminati, Verve, Vyom Hindi Manch, Impetus etc. Infrastructure of college is good and It has a centralized library, Big play ground, Gym basketball court and an amphitheater.
