Remarks

I am very much inclined to human resource management. I believe the MBA-HR course is one of the best HRM course in India. So I chose IIM Ranchi. Its HR pedagogy is one of the best in India. When I took CAT, I maintained my focus by seeing the crow of the Ranchi logo. IIM Ranchi was my actual goal for writing CAT.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our Course Curriculum is totally industry oriented. It gives us a bird's eye view of the industry insights. Our pedagogy is amazing. Each and every professor is very helpful. They always make sure that everyone is on the same page.

IIM Ranchi has successfully completed the final placement season for both the batches of 2018-2020.

College Events

Due to Covid-19, we are yet to get the taste of campus life. Still, we have received a warm welcome by our senior batch. The induction was very much interesting. In this college there are so many courses you have in your personal interest the curriculum and exam structural is great but since this policy affiliated to Ranchi University the exams are taking too much time. Lack of irregular of semester time but the college is a better place for achievement of desired goal of a student

Srinath university is a good college overall but in developing stage. It will be very better in upcoming years.

B.Sc chemistry is a very diverse course in which onr can go in teaching line to M.Sc in biochemistry to become medical college professors and also can go in technical line like metallurgical department and others. The placement of the college is average over all. 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. The companies are Tata motors, Tata steel, Nathcorp etc. The highest package is 6.5L and average is 3.5L as per profiles offered. 60-70 % students getting placements.

Placement Experience:

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass
