HRM course is the best among all the IIMs.Going by the growing importance and indispensability associated with human resources, IIM Ranchi is the first in all IIMs offering a two years full-time Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP-HRM). Highly interested in the HRM course as I want have more influence in the development of the people, resulting in the benefit of the company. I want to build strategies for people, helping them give the best environment to be able to give their very best enabling them to succeed in life.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course Curriculum of IIM Ranchi HRM course is one of the best in the country so that when we pass out we can give our very best in the industry where we work. Faculties are great and help students empower knowledge.

Placement Experience

Placements & job opportunities in IIM Ranchi is great. You get ample amount of opportunities to get into your dream company. Few companies that visit IIM Ranchi are: Amazon, IBM, Infosys, ONGC, Flipkart, Asian Paints, Gail India Ltd, Maruti Suzuki, ICICI Bank, Samsung and many more.

College Events

No major cultural event took place yet but the seniors make sure to keep us get involved in small small interacting sessions. Times are tough but the college is doing its best to be able to give an overall experience to the upcoming batch of 2020 - 2022.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't avail any scholarship or loan yet so I have about it. Many banks provide loans for IIMs do it's quite easy to get one.

Campus Life

I have not been to the campus yet, but the on-line course is fantastic, and the college has done the very best to provide the best environment to study and develop even during such a pandemic. Online study material is given to students.

Hostel Facilities

I have not been to the campus yet because of the pandemic. Times are hard, but the college is doing its best to be able to give an overall experience to the upcoming batch of 2020 - 2022. According to the admission process, the hostel's availing facility is pretty smooth, and help is provided by the people around us in case of any problems.

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass
