Remarks

HRM is a really great course offered at IIM Ranchi. I choose this college as the main focus here is given towards the overall development of the student. Here we get the opportunity to grow along with the growing markets.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very well designed such that we become industry ready. The overall learning experience is really great where we not only learn things that are included in curriculum but also extra study materials are share with students along with class activities.

Placement Experience

Many prominent companies do visit our company along with Flipkart, ICICI Bank and many more. The placement process is very rigorous and a great experience. We have a dedicated committee which not only connects with Alumnus but also conduct sessions for all the students to learn from the experiences they have gained.

College Events

Everything is really great even though our batch is not able to go to the campus. But we are having a great experience in virtual medium as well. The great patience and motivation of our seniors as well as professors has made this impossible journey an amazing one.

Srinath university is a good college overall but in developing stage. It will be very better in upcoming years.

B.Sc chemistry is a very diverse course in which onr can go in teaching line to M.Sc in biochemistry to become medical college professors and also can go in technical line like metallurgical department and others. The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass
