MBA at SPU

SPU has been accredited 'A' by NAAC. The placement is fairly good as compared to other universities in Gujarat. For taking admission in MBA the eligibility criteria is passing graduation with at least 50%. Final admission also depends on the CAT/ MAT/ GMAT valid score. Therefore, the admission is entirely merit and entrance based.

Faculties are mostly Phd degree holders. They are very experienced and try to make concepts easy and understandable. They share there experience and help us in practical knowledge. Semester system is followed here. The subjects which are taught here are Fundamentals of Management, Accounting, Techniques of Management, Economics, Indian Ethos and Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management etc., Summer Internship is also a part to the course curriculum. The exams are not very difficult.

Placement opportunities is quite good in this college as compared to others in Gujarat. Corporate goliaths like Asian Paints India Ltd, Apar Ltd, Apollo Munich, Bikewale and Carwale, Bank of Baroda, DCB Bank, D-Mart, Evosys, Elesner Technologies, IDBI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kotak Securities, Berger Paints India Ltd, Bharti Air tel, Vodafone, General Motors (India) Ltd. , Gujarat Gas Co. Ltd. S &P Global, Kotak Life, Prakash International,SUMUL, The Times of India, Zydus Hospitals to give some examples have taken part in position tries.
