Fine Arts is a subject that gives standard the undergraduate degree students to pursue their course as a professional in fine or performing Arts. Minimum 50% in 10+2 exam and merit or entrance based examination are the average eligibility of the course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is a blend of practical and theoretical course that has two main specialisations. These are B.F.A in Painting and B.F.A in Applied Arts. The course provides methodological training to improve students creative and imaginative skills. Some classes like Photography, Clay modelling, Sketching etc are purely practical course as these are skill based course.
Placement Experience
The college has good terms with the companies like TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro etc. The highest package is offered around Rs 6 lacs and average package is around Rs 3.5 lacs for campus placement. There are good placement cells who try their best to bring new companies for the placement drive.
Fees and Financial Aid
Students get merit cum means scholarship according to their semester exam. Educational loan is taken by them with school's administrative body's advice. Students whose parents belong to government jobs, don't get any scholarship.
Campus Life
Andhra University's campus is ragging free. Different notable alumni and persons visit the campus time to time and bring placement offer with them. PPO of the university is effective for the students to find their career goal.
