Jai Hind College is a reputed institute that offers undergraduate Management programme. Summer Internships, Industrial visits, case study cohort, Entrepreneurship Cell & Skill hub, Interdisciplinary Projects etc are the special features of the BMS course.

Course Curriculum Overview

Bachelor of Management Studies curriculum is contemporary and rigorous. Both practical and theoretical aspects of Management is included in the academics. The 24 faculties specialised for the BMS department are expertised in the management studies. Presentations, Case study sessions, Seminars, Workshops, Book and Film reviews, Live Projects.

Placement Experience

Good Placement offers are allotted from Deloitte, Ernst& Young, KPMG, Edelweiss, WAT Consultants, CRISIL etc are the popular recruiters. Summer internships are conducted at HDFC, Hindustan petroleum, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kids stop press, IL&FS, Google etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

INR 60097 is the total fees for the programme and the fees are paid in 3 installments. I was eligible for an academic scholarship of INR 20000, by Japanese Sumitomo Scholarship based on the marks scored.

Campus Life

Talaash is an inter-collegiate Management festival organized by the BMS students. Social and Dramatic Union, Rotaract Club, Marathi Vangmay Mandal, Gymkhana, etc.are some of the student clubs in the campus.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES
