Remarks

The candidate should be BPharm, B.sc Graduate, or Biotech in Pharmacy. Form and fees will be available on nmims website in the pdf. Application fees are 12.5 lakh ( for both years). Application dates are mentioned in nmat selected confirmation letter after wat and pi round.

Course Curriculum Overview

Was interested in the Pharmaceutical Industry sector. Wanted to understand the business perspective of the same. The faculty to student ratio is 1:20. All faculty are PHD (most of them) and teaching is through online mode. The difficulty of exams was moderate.

Class Size: 47Course Fees: INR 1250000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Stpend varies with 5k to 35k. Every week we do LTC projects where we go on the field and do the survey of chemists and doctors. There is a feedback session from students after every project which is done on the field.

Placement Experience

For campus placements after the 3rd trimester, and for an internship after the 1st trimester. Sun pharma, and various pharma companies with various stipends. 100% of students are getting placed for both internship and final placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for two years is 12.5 lakh includes all books, library, exam fees etc. Financial assistance is that can take the help of banks for loans (particular interest rates vary accordingly). Internship and final placements are done through the college itself.

Campus Life

The annual cultural fest is Euphoria and is conducted in Feb ends. Availability of journals and books is through the college itself(via the portal). Classrooms are conducted online. various sports and extracurricular activities happen online, Zephyr is the dance club of NMIMS.

Interview Experience

We had topics regarding COVID-Boon or bane? Hygiene Personal interview questions based on CV. Wat and Personal Interviews were conducted. Prepared through reading daily newspapers and articles on the current market scenario.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. To apply for MBA in NMIMS you have to register for NMAT exam via NMAT by GMAC website after which you get 3 attempts and the best score is taken into consideration. I have applied for 3 exams namely CAT, XAT and NMAT and the colleges that I had applied for were all of the IIMs, XLRI, and NMIMS Mumbai. I did not choose the second and third generations IIMs as they are relatively new institutions and are still developing. I was not selected for XLRI.
