The training is tough with a lot of physical exercise and also studies, it's good for over all development as a cadet Curriculum was initially academic in first and year and gradually shifting to professional subjects related to ship Cdr Sukanta dasgupta is the best faculty teaching us marine boilers

campus life was strict with no time left to waste Never participated in any activity As its like a military academy one has to learn some sport but I never participated as my main focus was to get good grades and get placement in top company

It's really excellent,it is in aeroplane shape our college camps. In our college there is a luxurious library and all types labs. For mechanical students machinaries are awesome and great. Really this college has great name.

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

I applied to IMU Kolkata,Mumbai Port campus and Chennai alongwith it I also applied to AMET. I got selected in every college except AMET and I feel that Tolani Maritime Institute provides us with better facilities in every aspects compared to the other colleges I applied for. TMI the best college

I just applied for this college and I guess its much more better than other colleges due to high placement rate better campus environment and reviews from other ex students. Admission process is little bit complicated tho we have to give IMU cet, TMI SAT and TMI interview after clearing all three we have to clear medical then only we get Admissions and its must to have more then 60 percent in 10th and 12th....Read More
