College should increase in study level,activities,campus and should do good management that helps the student during their college period and also in future in market.
Entrance Preview
I actually gave AIEEE for engineering and Pharma and PMT for medical I cant score good in PMT and in AIEEE i scored average but I had selected pharmacy so in that first preference was given to SC,ST and so no seats was available. So I went in this college IGM Homoeopathy college throgh newspaper located in Dhar (M.P.).
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was good and as it was alternative medical course so it was interesting. All the subjects were same as MBBS course only the pharmacy i.e. drugs we used is Homoeopathy. It was exciting to study the subjects as to study the human body.
Internships Opportunities
No stipend was offered during internship. There was not much scope in the city where the college is situated so we went to our home town or big city for doing internship.
Placement Experience
As this is a medical college no placements or no companies were coming to hire us. After college we just moved on to hospitals and clinics to take experience and to learn much about patients and different diseases.
College Events
Not much events were celebrated in our college. One is Annual function was held every year and other is cricket match. It was not that big events but not bad. We enjoy in annual function and cricket match. I didn`t participate in either of them.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure was good not expensive. It was same as government rule. It was Rs 35000 per year. Even all the other colleges in M.P. have the same fee structure.
Fees and Financial Aid
No there was not such scholarship or loan facility offered by the college. They were just helping is scholarship given by government if student have the letter of scholarship.
Campus Life
There was no such campus life or extracurricular activities or even competitions. Gender ratio was like in a class of 100 there will be 70-80 male and 20 females. Yes there was hostel parties and it depends only on the students planning.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel was not good. It was just an duplex for hostel and it was not well maintained so most of the students stay in PG`s. Rent was not high so all student can afford it. It was like Rs 800 per month max at that time.
Alumni/Alumna
We had interaction much with our senior students they helped us a lot. Whenever in any difficulty in studies or anything seniors helped us and alumni was also helpful much in studies.
Exam Structure
As for medical student the day was hectic as for anatomy lab. Then pharmacy and the clinics. Exams were held twice in a year and in mid of them depends on the professor that they want to take exam or not.
Faculty
Frankly speaking faculty of the college was average. Few professors like physiology and pathology professor were same and He was excellent in his subject. For Anatomy one professor was coming from outside to take lectures that Sir was brilliant. But some other few professor was very weak in teaching but the good ones makes the balance.
