Entrance Preview

The exam conducted by state MHCET where i scored 98 percentile and got admitted in MET, I have appeared for CAT too but was not able to clear the English section cut off.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum designed by Mumbai university is very out dated but the approach of the faculty was always towards providing Industrial knowledge so that it would help us to choose right option.

Internships Opportunities

I got a offer from one of the Known brand ICICI bank for CASA division stipend offered was 5000/month. The learning was great gotta know details banking system and the product portfolio of the bank.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement was good and the salary offered by the campus recruiter was 6L/am average. Few of the reputed brand in different vertical visited our college few of them are TCS, Hotel LEELA, Indian Hotels, Renuka sugars, CITI bank.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got a merit freeship because of which the burden of a fees got reduced by 50%. I got this freeship for both years. being a child of a mill worker it helped a lot to pursue my dream of MMS.

Campus Life

College was always up for Extra curricular activities, every year college used to organize sports and MET mahostav, where cultural activities used to take place.

Alumni/Alumna

College organise alumni meet every year so that everyone should be in touch and new opportunities for new endeavors should be created through network marketing.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable.
