Remarks

I had taken the jee mains and jee advanced and I cleared both. I got 99.3% ( Rank 7301 )in mains and passed jee advanced with the rank of about 15772 but I want Cs so I prefer Nit college. I got electronic and communication engineering branch in Nit Trichy college it has 9th rank among engineering college and I am very happy. I want the CS branch I mentioned but due to low rank I am getting other branches but due to obc reservation, I got EC branch.

Course Curriculum Overview

The teaching method is so impressive that all the things become crystal clear and the faculty of the college is teaching about 20 years ago and they are very experienced. I have not given the term exam yet but I heard from my senior that the exam is some difficult and some easy.

Internships Opportunities

I have not talked about this matter with anyone so I am unable to say anything about the internship opportunities available in my college. I study that there visit many companies such as Google, Microsoft and others.

Placement Experience

After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are about 200 companies which visited in the campus eg - Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Byjus and others. I talked to one of my seniors she got the placement in a software company and got 32 lakh +package even she has the mechanical branch.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for the first semester is 96550 which include tuition fee, admission fee and others fees. Tuition fee is about 62500 and this is returned to the students who have an income of less than one lakh. Other scholarships are also given by the college.

Campus Life

There are many clubs which are conducted by the students and in the month of September. I have participated in many functions and tech fests like hackathons and mystery hunts and I enjoy them very much.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

For mba they take cat score only and I am not sure of cutoff but it might range between 75 to 80 for general 70 to 75 for ews and obc . NIT Trichy In A Nutshell

I personally am from Maharashtra so for VNIT Nagpur I Would Have Got ECE(HS) But Is Prefered this college for its national importance and name....i Even was getting top maharashtra colleges from MHTCET.....I wasnt Able To Clear The Criteria In JEE Advanced to Get Into IITs And Hence Couldnt Go There....The 2nd paper went terribly wrong for me but now i am happy....We have the match the required criteria in jee mains to get this clg....also 75% in boards is inportant for Gen and OBC and For SC ST it is 65%....Then Go Through a very very long admission process named JOSAA then CSAB(if you want to upgrade your seat) Then Pay The Fees And Report Physically...Read More
