Eligibility :- you should paas 12th with atleast passing marks. Application forms are provided on there own website that is lnmu.ac.in Reservation for sc/st and OBC No improvement needed. College is best overall

I choosed bachelors in zoology (honours) because I'm interested in collect the knowledge of how any species survive in life or many things and I also choosed this College because I love how the teachers teaching us. Approx 50 students per faculty are joined There are many sirs who have done P.hD and the teaching methods of teachers Is bestl

The college fee is affordable for everyone it's approx 5k per year. There are available some scholarship i.e:- National scholarship portal (NSP) Bihar scholarship is available only for the SC/ST/OBC categories students

The sports are organised at every Saturday College avail NCC and NAC Library infrastructure is best and there are almost every Book available for every faculty or course which is available on university

The reality of A.N college: Academic, Politics, and placement.

Placement Experience:

From the last year students become eligible for the compus placement. Many students get selected in the campus filed like sbi, airtel, Infosys, icici bank etc. The highest package reached around 5 lac and average around 2-3 lac per annum. 80 percent placement rates my plan after getting the honour degree to full the government exam on graduation level.

A Meaningful Academic Journey with Practical Exposure

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall, I would rate the course curriculum as good and fairly comprehensive in terms of both relevance and coverage. It includes most of the important subjects required for building a strong foundation, and it gives a balanced mix of theory and practical learning. One of the main reasons I chose this course was the wide range of core subjects included in the syllabus. The curriculum covers fundamental topics as well as some advanced subjects, which made me feel that it would be useful both for jobs and for higher studies. The inclusion of projects, assignments, and case studies also influenced my decision, as they help in applying concepts in a practical way. In terms of real-world preparation, the curriculum prepares students reasonably well. Many subjects are directly related to industry requirements, and the project work helps in developing problem-solving and analytical skills. However, practical exposure can be improved further by adding more hands-on activities, live projects, and industry-oriented tools. For students who want to go for higher studies, the theoretical base provided by the course is quite helpful. There are a few areas where the curriculum and teaching methods can be improved. Some subjects have outdated topics which should be updated according to current industry trends. More focus can be given to practical training, internships, and skill-based courses. Teaching methods can also become more interactive by using more discussions, presentations, and real-life examples instead of only slide-based lectures. Regarding the exam system, the course follows a semester-based pattern. There are usually: Internal assessments like quizzes and assignments during the semester One end-semester exam at the end of each semester Exams are conducted twice a year, at the end of each semester. Patna science college does not have a very structured campus placement programs, especially compared to institutions with a dedicated placement cell. many students from my college pursue careers in govment sectors like Teaching, public sectror, or scientific reasarch organisantions like ISRO ,DRDO ,BPSC,SSC, UPSC,etc. A significant numers of students from my college opt for futher studies ,enrolling in master's or PHD programs. My story

I chose this college mainly because of its affordable fee structure, safe environment and the balanced commerce curriculum it offers. I had also applied to two other nearby colleges—one was more expensive and the other had limited seats for B.Com, though I did get confirmed admission in one of them. I preferred LNMU because the faculty reviews were better, the campus felt more comfortable, and the academic load was manageable along with other commitments. I didn’t get into one college because their cutoff went higher than expected that year. The admission process at my college is simple: students need to pass 12th with the required percentage, apply online through the university portal, and then wait for the merit list. Usually no separate entrance exam is needed; admissions are purely merit-based, and the cutoffs for B.Com stay around the average range but vary slightly every year.
