Remarks

Admission is done on the basis of counselling. I opted only for Chennai Institute of technology because of centre of excellence. I scored 95% in Higher Secondary Examination so that I can join CIT through Government Quota.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculties are friendly in nature and their teaching will be very good so that an average student can understand the subjects so clearly. Some teachers even doing researches and publishing journals on our college campus.

Internships Opportunities

In our 2nd semester we get our internship opportunity . The internships are provide by various companies in and around Chennai and other parts of India. They have tied up with many corporate companies.

Placement Experience

They provide excellent placement training. The students get their placements from fifth semester. Most of the students get placed in their 7th semester. the minimum package is 3.5 LPA and maximum package as of now is 21 LPA. Almost 97% of students get placed.Students are getting placed in a good company with very good salary packages.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees varies depends upon the student admission. I got the scholarship through Parthasarathy sreeniammal Trust. Bus fees and hostel fees depend upon the student. The college provides scholarship to the merit students depending upon their mark.

Campus Life

The annual fest named Takshashila is conducted every year in the month of February. Apart from annual fest each and every department hold their own symposium. They give more importance to sports and library.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.
