Remarks

No entrance test was taken. Selection was taken on the basis of my percent in boards. Application form was available online. Application form costed me Rs. 500. Overall the process is good no improvement is needed.

B.COM has more opportunities according to my seniors. According to the number of students, the faculties are sufficient. The faculties are very polite and friendly and they all are very good at their subjects Exams are taken timely, the exams are not done tough.

Placement Experience

In Semester 3 students become eligible for placements. Lots of companies came up to give job opportunities. The average salary offered is 20 LPA, which gives jobs in reputed companies. There are many opportunities in our college for students can upload their CVs if they are interested. They will contact students. Many reputed companies are there who offer us jobs. Mainly every deserving student gets a job no partiality is done. My plans are event management.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees can be given online also offline. The fees of the college are not so high and not so low. It's ok-ish price for a middle-class family I am in 3rd year and till now in my third year there were 4 to 5 opportunities. I gave an interview of one of them.

Campus Life

The annual fest is mainly conducted in January its name is Umang. Bhawanipur college's library is very big and there are lots of books related to many fields. Journals are also available. The classrooms are big enough for all students and it's very neat and clean. Table Tennis, Outdoor Badminton, Pool, Chess, Volleyball, Carrom etc. There are clubs for dance, drawing, sports etc.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
