Remarks

There is no bad remarks about our college. But my conclusion is a type of suggestion to my college. They have to increase more and more Interactive sessions, Events, Workshops, Guest lecturers meet and some more activity.

Entrance Preview

I haven't written any Entrance Examination and i directly appointed to my College. Just a formal and Usual Interview they conduct.

Internships Opportunities

The Media homes which are came to our colleges for Internship are DD Podhigai Channel, Star Vijay Channel, Puthiya Thalaimurai Channel and Makkal Kural Newspaper. The general stipend they offered of Rs.6,000 to 7,000. Apart from these many small scale advertising agencies and media publishers were came to our college.

Placement Experience

The companies like 20B Studio, Gemini Sound Studio, Captain TV, Samrudh Solutions, MyTamilMovie Website, SunTV, Vijay TV, Puthu Yugam Tv and many other Film Production houses were offered job opportunities.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, they wont provide any scholarship, i think. But they arranged for the loan facilities for students. And they offer a scheme of paying fee in a Installment Method.

Campus Life

The campus life is very good. The college offer some Extra curricular activities of Teaching Music, Animation and 3D Graphics Classes. The gender ratio is equal to all.

Alumni/Alumna

Our College alumni Mr.Ashwin is working with Director Atlee and they arranged for an Interactive session. So we had a very useful meeting that how to approaches on Cinema while join as an Assistant.

Exam Structure

The Exam pattern which they proposed are Non Semester Examinations once in a year. The valuations are conducted by the members of Periyar University, Salem.

A College that builds knowledge,confidence and memories

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is a famous one and it is studied by many higher officials. The faculty is very good and talented, students ratio is 500:900.
