Remarks
There is no entrance exam as such to get into B.com(Hons) In BESC. However, to apply for the course one needs to get an aggregate of 55% in Class-12th. The total fee is around 120000 which fluctuates every year. It is paid in installments for each year. After class 12th results one can apply for admission BESC. Anyone from any background can opt for the course if he has the given percentage of marks. The cutoff last year was 70%.
Course Curriculum Overview
This course is very widespread with intense guidance on accounts, economics, finance, marketing. It makes us study these topics in vast and every details which makes good for future. The teachers in this college are very good and understands the queries of students very well and makes sure to make them well aware of the course. I am personally very thankful to the teachers who made me very good in these topics.All teachers are very well qualified with reputed degrees. The exams are conducted two times a year 1st semeter and 2nd semester .It overall tests what one has studied over the time of six months.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are like that 1st year -41000 2nd year- 35000 3rd year - 33000. It keeps on changing every year but it mostly keeps around that only. Toppers are given a scholarship which makes full avail of their cost of study and hostel fees. 25000 is the average job that you get on campus. If you get jobs on campus you get from 15000 to 50000. Top companies give you 50000 a month also has vast promotion faculty
Campus Life
It is one of the most pleasant things that one can get is to be engaged in social activity and it provides all amenities for regular events, fests. I have been part of UMANG which is a top fest all Kolkata conducted once a year in December. Outdoor and Indoor activities are held on the campus. Choreography group, Aching club, drama club are some of the most popular in BESC. It engages students which helps them to hone their knowledge.
