Remarks

Faculties are very supportive and friendly with every student. More over there is good parking facilties inside the collegeg premises.

I wrote PGCET and MAT got scored above average. I choosed this college as it one of the reputed college of Mysore University. This university was the first to start MBA course in Karnataka.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course of two years and further divided into four semester. 1st year will be the common subjects and in 2nd year student can opt for any of the sector like marketing, finance hr,international marketing, retail and supply chain management etc. Each semester will carry total 100 marks which wil be divided into 20 for internals and 80 marks for each subject paper.

Internships Opportunities

Internship will be conducted in both 3rd sem and 4th sem.This college gives liberty for internship in any of the companies of student choice. Most preferred or of within mysore city where in student can find many reputed companies like Infosys,Wipro,CFTRI,HGS,JK Tyres and much more.

Placement Experience

Placements wil be conducted each year companies like Infosys,Shoppers stop,JK Tyres etc. Packages usually starts from 2lacks to 3.5lacks.

College Events

Events usually conduct in 2nd semester and 3rd semester. Cultural and management fests are very common also industrial foreign trips will be provided for students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

To be frank every other university or college takes more money and fee structure is also too high but in this college fee structure for 1st year is 1.40 lacks and same for the 2nd year. Trust me guys mysore university is the top in compared to any other and also with quality education,please don't predict nd choose the colleges. Colleges taking more money will never give gud education just it is all show off finally a student need his valued certificate from valuable university and college so I personally insist u guys to join mysore university.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship facilities are there as I know. But regarding the loan I do not have the exact information.

Campus Life

Raging is strictly prohibited henceforth there is no worries regarding that we can find students belonged to different race and religion in mysore university.

Hostel Facilities

There is only girls hostel in this college. However student can find many pg's nearby college. As I am a boy I do not have complete information regarding the girls hostel facilties but they can get the complete information from the college website.

Alumni/Alumna

We had frequent discussions with our senior students regarding the placements,management fests,industrial visits,subject oriented,internship subjects and companies much more.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Our College possessed an active location cell that functioned hard to provide recruitment and other job opportunities to us.

PASSION MEETS REALITY

The college doesn't have any entrance exam to get admission. If we have pass the graduation we can take admission from here.The course offers a great opportunity to study and work here and abroad and that's make the course eligible to apply.The application form is in the admission counter or section and can be taken from their. The college don't offer reservation for particular students since this college is autonomous they won't do any reservation. If some entrance exams are introduced we can clearly know that how good we are at the course and know the value of the college. HORRIBLE

The eligibility of the course is quite confusing for me, since the college was autonomous and I don't know how much value did this college can offer to the course. The admission was on based merit and no entrance exam hasn't been done to take admission. You will get the admission form from the college itself and need to pay a ten thousand rupees as an admission fee. Since the college is autonomous and taking admission through merit there wasn't any reservation for any category. I would like to have few changes in the admission, adding an entrance exam make it much more valuable to everyone. The admission fees is much more higher and if anyone didn't like or to want to change college the admission fee can't be refunded.
