COMEDK entrance exam rank 15000. I had no idea about this college, i simply opted for it as it was in the city.

I had chosen C.S.E branch because i had always been interested in computers.

There was no such program organised by this college, interested student had to search for internship by their own by applying varius companies, i did my internship from a start company in bangalore in which the general stipend was 10000/-.

Placement and job oppurtunities in my college were very thin, there were very few companies that were hiring for core branches most of the companies in which the student got placed were technical support, BPO's. They didn't actually hire them for programming.Placemnt in other branches were almost nil as compared to computer science branch.

There were many events organised but all were organised in a very small scale that is it remained with in our college, no students from other colleges were ever involved in these events. Yearly there was a plament and training program in which the students were trained how to attend job interviews. At the end of every semester there was a college fest which was held on avery small scale.

In karnataka there are two different sections for fee structute CET for the localites which is feasible because it depends upon the govt. of karnataka. COMEDK for outsiders which depends upon the college and not feasible, they take a big bite out of your parent's saving Well i was from COMEDK so it was around 1.5L per annum.

There is a scholarship of rs10000/- for the student who is a college topper. In case you are university topper then a scholarship of rs20000/-.I don't think so there is any loan facility provided by the college if there is am not aware of it.

The hostel provided by my college may be cheapest which costs around rs15000/- per annum but the condition of the hostel is very poor. If anyone is ever joining this college's hostel. Beware of bed bugs, never eat food there and most importantly the building could collapse at any time.

I didn't have much interaction with the seniors of the college however i would say whatever little interaction i had with them it was helpfull. They helped me with notes or books if required or would guide me which site would be helpfull.

My college is affiliated to VTU so the semester exam structure entirely depends upon them. Exam structure was always fine, since they provided a good amount of leave before the exams so always there was enough time to study it entirely depende upon the student how did he utilise them.In short it was chilled out.

The faculty of the college was as per standards means they used teach for atleast 45 min in 1 hour but they could atually explain .The topic especially in core subjects of computer science like data structure, java,.net and many more. It was upto the student to study the subjects.
