College days were too hectic to enjoy and freak out with mates and friends but it has taught us to be punctual, regular and work hard college attendance which is the scariest thing compulsory 75% attendance otherwise you have to repeat the year there are many teenage students who leave college half way but I think for a professional course you have to be dedicated to it as Fun can be had later.

During my admission, Nirmala Niketan was the top college for the course and was only one which was affiliated to mumbai university admission was on merit based no entrance exam fitness was my passion so Nutrition & Dietetics was my choice to combine my passion and profession.

First 2 years the subjects remain uniform for every student in Final Year you have to opt for any of the below specialization, Food, Nutrition & Dietetics, Human Development, Textiles & Designing, Human Resource Management.

Good there are many MNC who come for campus interview stipend depends on the filed of internship nutrition & Dietetics students are usually not paid during internship.

Most of us had managed to get job on our own as college was among one of the reputed colleges i was offered better as had done my post graduation also.

Cultural festivals sports day trip & tours the festivals are not celebrated on a very large scale as the college is a girl's college with limited students around 80 in each class.

If compared to other professional courses, fee structure was very feasible no idea about recent fee structure. In 2010 11 it was aorund 30 to 40K per annum.

I am not so aware of the scholarship programmes I am also not aware of the Loan facility offered by our college there is facility to pay fees in installments.

Its a girl's college campus life not that great as it's just a building there is no discrimination among students of any race, religion, Ethnicity every student was treated equally.

I was not a host elite so i am not so aware of the facilities and and other areas of rents and accommodations and all.

Schedule was very hectic as there was equal weight age given to practicals as well as theory lectures it was a 7am 5pm hours of working.

Faculty is experienced with optimum knowledge in the subject they are aware of the theoretical and practical differences they are very approachable to discuss any issues.
