You must be 12th passed with an aggregate of 75%. Admission is done through JEE Mains rank. The application form can be found on the university website. The admission process is smooth but can be improved when on spot registration of students is done.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am a BTech Information technology undergraduate. Faculty is qualified but in the end, it's you whose hard work will decide his future. most of the assistant professors are pursuing PhD from the university. There is a mid semester and an end semester examination which are not much difficult to pass. studying sincerely 15 days before the exam is sufficient to get average marks.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placement from their 7th semester for the BTech course. Most of the students get placed. there are various companies that offer jobs. The highest package for this session as of now is 30 LPA while the average is nearly 7lpa. Companies like Paytm, Samsung and many more actively recruit students from the campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees are approximately 150000/yr which varies according to the year of admission. Fees increases every year. Financial assistance is provided to ews students.They are eligible to take benefits of various scholarship provided by the state and central governments.
Campus Life
Annual fest is adhyaay which is held mostly in the month of november. HBTU also has a sports fest named agaaz which is held in the month of february. The library has quite a few books for course but no. of books are less. There is a concept library near the campus where you can find most of the books at very cheap price. Classrooms are equipped with smart boards and are comfortable enough for the classes. There are many cultural , tech and sports club in college and they provide various opportunities for the students.
