Remarks
I have entered SIT from dcet, which is diploma cet, and entered lateral entry to BE. The college education is very good and the administration of the college is excellent. And the placements in SIT are very good, many companies come to this college yearly.
Course Curriculum Overview
The exams are quite choosey, we have 5 modules in that for passing reading 2 and a half module was enough. There was some difficulty in some kinds of subjects like cmmw. The faculty was good, their teaching was excellent.
Internships Opportunities
There will be industrial training in 3rd year in which everyone should complete the training via an internship online or offline. There was no stipend for the internship. I had taken internship in TCS which is online regarding recognition of handwriting text.
Placement Experience
From 3rd year of engineering, the students can attend the placements. There are many companies like Tcs, Accenture, Wipro, Cisco, altimetrik, and others. There is very good placements in SIT. In year 2021 passed out there was around 80 percent of overall placement in college
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for me was around 90k per year. There was no fees hike in SIT. There were scholarship schemes for us like sap, they were giving scholarships of 19k per year. when you get placed in companies you need to give the 2 percent fees to the college as per your package.
Campus Life
There was one fest that is been celebrated every year and that fest name is spandana. It is the fest regarding Kannada culture. There will be many contests in spandana like dance, singing, and sports as well
