My experience in MCU

To be eligible for this course student must have passed by a minimum 50% in 12th standard, the admission is taken on a merit basis, for the application form you have to visit the college website and fill out the form, the fees of form in the year 2021 was 350 for general category and 50 for another cast, after filling the form if the student is in the merit list then he/she has to pay his fees within a month to confirm his/her admission, during the admission some seats are reserved for SC ST and OBC.

The faculty member of the mass communication department is very highly experienced and educated, the behavior of faculty members are really very nice to the students, all the faculty member of the department are Ph.D. holders in mass communication and all the members are giving their services to the college for more than 15 years, I choose this course because I always wanted to become a news anchor, and I genuinely say that this college will help me much to get to my goal. The exams were not so difficult because this course is a course of art if you have some interest in this course then you will easily understand every thing, in this course burden of books is less and creativity is more, there are 40 seats in this course and they have studios and labs and all the necessary things in the department.

From the 2nd year onwards college will provide you internship opportunities, the students can choose the companies according to their interest, like if you are interested in print journalism or you are interested in tv journalism so you can choose according to your interest.

Students get internship opportunities from the college from the 2nd year and in the final year students get placement opportunities, almost 70% of the students get placed every year, last year highest package was 28 lakhs and the lowest was 6 lakhs.

The fee of this course is 14500, you will get the scholarship if you belong to SC ST or OBC category, form the second-year college provides you the internship opportunities and in the final year you will get placement opportunity, and a maximum number of students gets placed from this college, the alumni of this college are on the high designation and in very big companies, you can get the information of alumni on goggle.

Campus life is excellent, all the students are very good, the environment of college is excellent, there are many clubs for every specific thing, all sports, and their equipment are available in the college, every year we have an annual fest and during the year many competition is held like a sports competition, mime competition, etc. The library of the mass communication department has every kind of book needed, and all the newspaper comes regularly to the library.
