Wonderful Days.

No bad remark about college and college management. College days were wonderful, unforgettable and joyful.

There was no entrance exam for this post graduate course.I had applied for admission in Institute of science and Mumbai University campus Kalina but seats were not available that point of time.Hence university has allotted seats which were available with R D National college Bandra Mumbai.

Course was Master of science degree in Organic chemistry subject. It includes different sub topics from Organic chemistry. It was basically related to chemistry and had theory as well as practical study. The exams were conducted by University.

There was no internship offered by college and there was no stipend. However there were campus interviews by private companies in university of Mumbai chemistry department. Interviews were onducted by Hindustan Liver (now Unilever), Dr, Reddy's lab, CIPLA.

There was no special placement procedure, however as mentioned in the above point few campus interviews were conducted by reputed private companies.

Annual day is top most event celebrated and supported by students as well as college management. In this event, participation was outstanding and there was lot of fun. The other one was sport event which was also one of the important event.Other events like Days celebration were common.

Fee structure was feasible as it was decided and set by university of Mumbai - Government affiliated institute. It is difficult to recollect exact figures, but approximately it was 15000 INR.

No any scholarship or loan was offered to me. I am not aware whether such facility was available with the college.

Life was very wonderful. Gendor ratio was about 50:50, in fact female number was slightly high. There was no any religion, sexual, political or any other issue was reported or highlighted during that period.

Yes, we are having our Alumini network and most of the friends are in touch. Thanks to Facebook and What's Up. We are interacting with each other very frequently. Once in a year we meet also to share our experiences and good/bad moments.

Examination structure was divided into two parts. One is written examination and other one is chemistry practical examination. Written examination was boring but less hectic than practical exams since practical exams were last long upto 8-10 hrs.

The standard and syllabus was pre-defined by university of Mumbai. The theory lecturers were conducted in different colleges based on region. Faculty was good and co-operative.
