Remarks
Every student must have passed the Higher secondary examination from the West Bengal Council of Higher Education board or its equivalent board. To get an Honors subject, students must possess at least 70% marks in the subject. Application forms are available at the college website and admission is an online process. You will get a reservation benefit in this college if you have one.
Course Curriculum Overview
I always wanted to study the mathematics subject from the beginning that's why I opted for B.Sc. in Mathematics at Malda College. In the college, there are a lot of faculties so tha faculty: student ratio is about 1:35. The faculties are well qualified and friendly. The terms are kind of moderate level you can pass them with a little effort.
Fees and Financial Aid
As it's a general college the fees are low. The fees of a Hons degree in any subject varies from 4000 to 50000 per year. There are Exam fees that are excluded from the college fees. In Malda college, you can apply for any scholarship but only one scholarship is allowed per student.
Campus Life
The college campus is quite vast and crowded. The college organizes an annual fest every year where many famous celebrities come and make the fest a grand success. Yes, the college also provides the facility of a library. The library is full of books and journals for the curriculum. You can borrow any book from the library but you have to renew it every 2 weeks.
