CAT, I Choose IT because I'm much interested in the fields computer tests. Also I know well that field. So I Choose it.

Course Curriculum Overview

Satisfied with course curriculum and faculties provided by the the college. Teaching is fine, well understanding, and also staff are also very helpful.

Internships Opportunities

College is having internship with some companies and some it's own, but I don't know whether they are any abroad connections. Salary may be as normal as in all places.

Placement Experience

Many of them were placed, but most of them not keeping it permanent, they are moving to other companies. K-board company is one among them. Many were given managing jobs there.

College Events

Onam fest, Christmas, teacher's day, students day Etc. We are all major events with full celebration.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, Loans and discounts are providing by college, to all poors(low caste, orphan, etc). They are great on these works.

Hostel Facilities

Unfortunately no hostel facilities are there.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Exam Structure

Six Semester are there in my course, in each semester there are examinations, for all subjects and fees are too at that time. Exam is also strict and calm. Also sometimes lectures are giving additional tuition too.

We are having good faculties. They are keeping everything clean and neat. Also they are supportive. Foods and all are also given by them sometimes at reasonable rates and are of good quality.

The curriculum is suitable for the modern age of teaching,the way of education is well balanced with projects, assignments, presentations and also notes .we have reading assignments where the faculty members ask us to read an entire book and give our review on it.the exams are quiet moderate and in my opinion teachers should use more ai tools as a learning aid which will be more effective for the students

Great life from college

Placement Experience:

From the last semester pass out we a re eligible for the campus recruitment for job or placement. So many companies visit us for the interview or some checking like , hero honda , maruti suzuki etc. the main reason for it was a low amount of budget is that get from this placement maybe 15 thousand let month ect. Only the company can take the students for it so the percentage of the students who getting placement will change in every year. My plan was to get an admission in the central government University for doing master of degree in History. And try the best exam called upsc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are many aspects of the curriculum that infulenced my decision to choose BA English Literature in St. Berchmans College. Their syllabus is far more challenging and interesting than what other colleges and universities offer in Kerala. The examinations and overall assessment of projects and grades are top-tier and is comparatively difficult to obtain. The course steadily provides good quality information and knowledge on English Litearture and readies the student to be more than qualified for further studies in English Literature or any related courses. The areas where they can improve in the course curriculum is through availing more optional courses such as various other language courses/philosophy related courses to be selected. Their teaching environment can also be improved by improving basic infrastructure in the classrooms such as airflow etc. They conduct their exams freequently and on time. The examinations are challenging but necessary for overall improvement in students

Remarks:
