Remarks
Eligibility criteria is candidates who passed 10+2 with 50% and more than 50% with mandatory subjects. And mandatory subjects are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. And you can find the admission form on the official websites of Uttaranchal University i.e., "https://uttaranchaluniversity.ac.in". And in that website, you will get contact details too so one can easily fill and can know the fee structure without any problem. I have not availed of any reservation benefits. But if the candidate has Uttarakhand domicile then there is a discount in the fees structure for them. When I have taken admission there is only way to take admission is to visit the college. But now one can easily take admission by sitting at home.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen this course because I am good at maths. Faculties in all the departments are very cooperative and are very helpful in nature. Faculties are well qualified too. Almost all teachers have done their Ph.D. If you practice the things taught in the class on daily basis then you don't need to be worried at the time of exams and you can easily get a good percentage.
Internships Opportunities
The companies which offer internships are Wipro, Infosys, TCS, and some more. They offer a good stipend. They offer scholar trainee roles or some offered for sales executives. Some companies also give the opportunity to pursue your higher studies with your job.
Placement Experience
From the 4th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. There are lots of companies visiting our college. Like HCL, ACCENTURE, WIPRO, INFOSYS, TCS, AMAZON, and many more. Students with no back in any year can apply for the campus placements. I am placed in Wipro.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is 5% increase in fees structure every year. And there are many scholarships that come with time like there is a scholarship for Uttarakhand students. I have placed in Wipro. And my package is I will get 15000 for 1st year, 17000 for 2nd year, 19000 for 3rd year, 23000 for 4th year and in the 5th year I will get acc. to my position. It's a contract-based job for 5 years. And they are also giving me the opportunity to do my m.tech from BITS PILANI institute and they are paying for my masters there.
Campus Life
Campus life is very enjoyable. Every year there are many functions that occur like mega fest, uim fest, yuva fest. Candidate can show their talents in those events. There are lots of things in college like food court, cafeteria, library, computer labs, e-library, and they all are well structured. And there is also space for sports activities too.
