Best college in AKTUM

The admission process is done by clearing the entrance exam(UPSEE) or by direct admission through applying form available on the college website, the application form for the entrance exam will be available on the UPSEE website. The cutoff for my course was around 26k rank through UPSEE.

The reason I choose this college was, the college rank is high among the colleges of AKTU and its placement records are excellent. I preferred data science over any other as it's an emerging technology. The faculty: student ratio is about 1:70. The faculty of the college is well experienced and trained and their teaching methodology is quite well. We have a mid-term examination after completing half the syllabus followed by a pre-university exam after completing the whole syllabus.

Many companies hire students from college for internships as well as students can apply for internships in offline mode by approaching themselves. Students usually are provided with projects to work on. The outcomes of this project work are very impactful as they gain knowledge and training for any future opportunities.

Every year numbers of companies visit colleges for placements and give a number of offers. Companies like Wipro, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, etc visit here. This year number of offers were provided among which the highest was 44LPA given to 25 students. The average package here is around 4-5 LPA. Around 90 percent of the student get placed here and many others go for higher studies.

The fees for my course were one lakh and thirty-seven thousand in 1st year with an additional fee of around eight thousand for university examination and one lakh twenty-nine thousand in 2nd year with the same additional fees. There are financial assistance and various scholarships such as UP Government scholarships for students of U.P.

Many fests are conducted some of them are Genro, Annual fest, etc. There are various clubs in our college and they usually conduct small events. All kinds of journals and books are available in the library and if need any help then you can ask the library in charge. Every class has A.C, smart boards, a projector for teaching purposes,s and have CCTV cameras for security purposes. In our college, we have sports clubs where you can involve and enhance your skill. Some of the club's names are Samvaad, Engima club, etc which are run by students.

About the hostel, If we say it in simple words, it's decent. The facilities provided in the hostel are good, we have a separate almirah, table, bed. The food given in the mess is also good. There are two choices given for opting room i.e. A.C and non-A.C. There are various courts for indoor and outdoor gaming like basketball, volleyball, and tennis. They provide 24-hour security. There are separate hostels for 1st year.
