Course Curriculum Overview
The PGDM course is divided into 6 semesters. In one year there are 3 semesters. The students can decide their specialization in the second year. The ratio of students to faculty is 13:1. My overall experience was amazing, the faculties are highly qualified and their teaching method includes a case study, simulation, workshops etc. Generally, the focus is more on practice learning than theoretical learning.
Internships Opportunities
We had our summer internship in the month of April for 2 months. I did my internship as an equity research analyst and learned about technical as well as fundamental analysis of different stocks. The students are asked to prepare a project and have to present the same after the completion of the internship.
Placement Experience
There are 6 semesters in total and the placement drives starts in the month of November. The students should have above 4.8 CGPA out of 8 to become eligible for the placements. The current average CTC is 8.10 and as of now above 60 companies have visited our campus. The college had 100% placement in the previous year and likely to have the same in the current year. Overall the campus placement is amazing with ROI of 1 year. Company comes for all the domains like finance, Marketing, operations, analytics and HR
Fees and Financial Aid

Campus Life
XIME, Kochi organize a Quest every year in the month of February where more than 50 B-Schools are invited. Apart from the fest different clubs organize events every week and one mega event is also conducted i.e. "Maria Philip debate competition". The following are the clubs handled by the students: 1. Markxime 2. Finitiative 3. Hruday 4. XOps 5. MadX 6. Inspira All the placement related activities are coordinated by the "Placement Committee"
Hostel Facilities
XIME, Kochi has a residential hostel and all the students have to stay in the hostel itself. The rooms are double sharing and is cleaned twice a week. The quality of the food is good, and the menu consists of all types of look, like North indian, South indian, Chinese etc
Interview Experience
The admission process contains. 1. Group Discussion 2. Personal Interview The GD topic given to me was "Smart City", and in one group there were 10 candidates. The topic was pretty general and all the candidates were given an opportunity to speak. The next round was PI round of 15min, the question were more about myself and what I studied during my UG.
