GEC, Rajkot Electronic and Communication insight reality

I got admission in B.E ECE ar GEC Rajkot after completing my 12th with PCM. I also appeared in the GUJCET exam on the basis of my rank was decided. Then I filled acpc form for which I paid 300INR as fees. My classmates from ObC and sest get reservation benefits in cut offs. The entire admission process was smooth and online.

As my results were not up to mark in getting CS or IT branch so I get to know that ECE students can also learn and explore the IT sector as well as core sector. There are 4 faculty for each subject in the class of 150. Most of our faculties are PhD holders. We have to give 2exams in a semester mid sem and end sem.

We have to do a project Every semester and major projects or internships in the final semester and on basis of that, we can easily crack placement interviews. Mostly every student who is eligible for Placement is easily placed in companies like TCS, etc. I man preparing for Placement and pursue distance education.

I have paid 1500 fees as sheet acceptance fees which are just fees for 1st year and then from 2nd year every year we have to pay 1500 fees per year. Girls have to pay 0rs as fees and students from weaker sections of society can get scholarships more than what they paid as fees. Major scholarships are MYSY and Digital Gujarat.

We have many active clubs in college such as NSS, NCC, gate club, invincible, Youth bridge, Code chef, Coders for electronics, etc. The college organizes many fests one major is Brezinger which is one of the biggest tech fests in Gujarat and students from different parts of Gujarat participate it in. The college has a library with all the required books.
