I have taken admission through UPSEE, the admission process was quite simple. The admission form is easily available at the college help desk, however, it is also available through the website also. No further improvement is required in this regard.

I have choosen B.Tech. course as it always emerges as the best course for PCM background students. This institute is affiliated from AKTU so all the course structure is according to AKTU course structure only. The institute is having well qualified faculty who came from good academic backgrounds (Premiere Institutes) and always try to replicate the teaching method followed by those institution. Teaching method essentially a mixture of both theoretical as well as practical aspects related to a particular subject.

Most of the students who have applied for internships are got offers. The internships offered by the companies are from different backgrounds in engineering. During their internships they are mostly involved in the learning process so that the company can absorb them after completion of the course.

From 3rd onwards students are eligible for placements and even start getting internships from various reputed companies. Top MNCs and many other reputed companies are visiting for campus placement every year. The highest offer given by the company is 10 lacs however the average package offered ranges between 4 to 5 lacs p.a. Almost 100 % of students who are eligible for placements are placed.

The academic and hostel fees is 4.5 lacs and 75k respectively. Although different kind of scholarship is also provided depending upon the scholastics or financial background of the students. Regarding campus placement (which is the most important part), from the starting of the 3rd year (5th Sem.) we started getting internships for which we applied at the end of 2nd year or early in the 3rd Year. At the same time placement activities (like personality developments, mock interview) was started in the view of getting a good job (Top MNCs) through coming placement interviews (end of 3rd Year and 4th Year). The lower range of offering by a company is almost 3.5 p.a.

Tehnokriti and Technofest are the two annual fests organised in October and March every year. The fest essentially carries the events from every aspect of engineering. An adequate amount of standard books are available in the library which can be referred to as well as borrowed as and when required. Classrooms are well equipped with all the amenities which is required. The college is having all the sports facilities like Cricket and football ground, basketball, badminton court. In addition to this, a Gymnasium is also there in the hostel.

I was a hosteller, the hostel rooms are well ventilated (rather airy) with a balcony. Depending upon the requirement normal or air conditioned rooms are available which can be single double or triple seater. Each hostel (out of 3) is equipped with a common room and indoor gaming room along with a tv room. Meal quality was good, a proper practice of hygienic have followed. A proper mess menu has been followed on weekly basis by keeping in mind that the students are from all over India. The registration process to avail hostel facility is quite easy. The registration process and room allotment can be done in the hostel office by filling out the Hostel allotment form and submitting of hostel fee.
