Compared with other colleges in tamilnadu the syllabus of our college is very tough and standard. Our college mostly prefers foreign authors.

Placement Experience

The former students of our college are placed in ISRO. HCL founder shiv nadar is a former student of our college. Many scientists all over India and over the world are from our college. Many bank managers arr from our college.

College Events

Each department celebrates their own function and organises cultural events. Our college organizes inter college competitions colleges fom all over tamilnadu participate in the event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is very low in our college compared with other colleges in tamilnadu. College fees is between 7000 and 20,000 for a year. Exam fees is just rupees 65 for a single paper.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college has patnered with several banks and provide loans for student exchange program for extraordinary students.

Campus Life

Our college provides a lot of freedom to students. Students can feel free to talk with staffs. In aided UG groups only boys are allowed. Girls can join in self finance groups. Hostel students conduct freshers party. Our college conducts workshops in each department. Our college also conducts cultural events. Our college will not support intolerenceS students from african countries are also studying in our college hence there is equality with students apart from ethnicity and race. Students from different religion and castes are studying in our college. Students from different economic status are equally treated. There is no gender inequalities.

Alumni/Alumna

Our alumni has constucted a building named alumni hall. Alumni meeting will be conducted in this hall. Our alumni interact with our students and provide them their experiences.

Exam Structure

Our college conducts two internals and one external for each semester. 1st internal is conducted for 50 marks 2nd internal is conducted for 50 marks. External is conducted at the end of the semester for 100 marks.

A College that builds knowledge,confidence and memories

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is a famous one and it is studied by many higher officials. The faculty is very good and talented, students ratio is 500:900. All teachers were educated by Ph.D. and each teacher has their own capability. Exam papers are very good and were easy to pass the since where questions were interactive.
