Till 2020 admission was taken through the UPSEE exam conducted by the university AKTU separately but after that year admission is done through JEE Main score conducted by NTA. While eligibility for taking admission is you should either be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh or you have done your qualifying exam that is 12th from Uttar Pradesh. Reservation benefits are as per the Uttar Pradesh government. Talking about the cutoff for getting CSE you must be above 95 %ile in jee main if you are from the general category but for other branches it is low.

The student-faculty ratio is quite good here as branch strength is 60-65 only while teachers are highly qualified as mostly having a doctorate degree and had done masters from top colleges such as IITs nits and. Teachers are supportive too and classes are run as per timetable regularly. Two ct (class tests) are conducted every semester and it's easy to score if you have done classes regularly

Internships are provided to seniors only and for juniors, you have to do it by yourself and seniors will assist you in this. Also, you can do it through the AICTE internship website mini and major projects are part of the semester and you have to complete them accordingly.

It's my second year and truly speaking I had seen a lot of improvement and placement is getting good every year. But for core branches, there is no company coming for recruitment but you will get a chance in IT companies and students is doing well there. The highest package this year is 15lpa and most students are placed in TCS soori cognizant.

As it is a government college its fees are very less and since it has been established there is no fee hike. Hostel and mess fees are also quite affordable and talking about scholarships, it is provided by the Uttar Pradesh government and almost complete college fees are refunded to almost every student under this scholarship.

Campus life is awesome here sports (RPL) are conducted in cricket, engineer day, annual fest everything is celebrated. Talking about the library, every book related to the semester is present there, and if you wish you can easily complete your semester without purchasing books and take from the library. you can also study in the library as table chairs wi -fi everything is present there.

In the hostel, in each room 3 to 4 students are kept and for each student, there is a bed, table, chair, and almirah present. Talking about the mess, you will not get food as in your home but you have to manage and the menu is decided by seniors which are quite good.
