Remarks

Admission was based on Jee mains score . A rank list was generated Accordingly. You can find the application form, application fees and application dates on the Sastra University website . The application procedure is hassle free and has no issues.

Course Curriculum Overview

The reason behind choosing ECE is my passion for the course . Each professor is allotted a batch of 20 students to be mentored . The faculty are from IIT and share knowledge in a detailed manner . The term exams are conducted according to the Tamil Nadu Government dates .

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many companies offer internship based on the course studied by the student . These companies offer internship with stipend . Since I have not yet completed the 6th semester, I am not yet eligible for internship .

Placement Experience

The students become eligible for campus placements after the completion of 6th sem . Many MNC companies visit Sastra University for placements , some of which are TCS, Accenture, Amazon. Nearly 90 percent of students get recruited by the companies .

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fees of ECE is 75000/- per semester . Hostel fees are pocket friendly ranging from 7000 to 10000 including food and stay . Eligible Students can apply for ONGC scholarship . THE college has set of schemes to aid students in need .

Campus Life

The Name of the annual fest is KURUKSASTRA. It is conducted once a year generally after the first term exams . The library houses different kinds of books. Each subject has at least 4 books written by different authors. The classroom has basic amenities like white board , projector, and a deskstop . There are many clubs run by students which interested students can join .

Hostel Facilities

There are different types of hostels in Sastra University . The hostel has wifi facility and are kept clean by the cleaning department .The meal quality is good and a variety of items are on the menu for every student coming from different states. The Hostel registration is done by a online portal developed by the Sastra University.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Yaahh I had appyfor other colleaes also like lpu ,vit, EAMCET.. reason is why iam not joined in that college is to 1.in lpu I got seat alsoo but that college is soo waast and for me it will be more distance.2.in vit i didn't get cse so I rejected it .in EAMCET i am not interested I got below 20k rank but...not went to that .
