The experience of SNIST

Admission for this college is through TS-eamcet. You can apply for Ts-eamcet on its official website. The application fee is around 1200. Later the counseling process is carried out. Reservations provided by the government are acceptable. The admission process is good, no improvements are necessarily needed

I chose CSE, as I want to become a software developer. The faculty: students ratio is about 1:15. The faculty are greatly qualified. The teaching methodology is also very interactive and beneficial to the students. The exams were conducted thrice a semester: 2mids and an end sem exam. You need to work a little harder to pass the exams.

Internship opportunities are also provided by the college. Companies like AWS academy, Palo alto academy, blue hat academy provide internship opportunities. These internships provide industrial experience for a student which helps him shortly.

Students are allowed to attend placements from 3-1. About 150+ visit the college during the placement cycle. Companies like Amazon, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. also visit. The highest package is about 24lpa. The average package is 4.5 LPA. About 80% of students are placed every year. I would like to get placed in the college.

The fee hikes are not very regular. One will have the same fee throughout the course duration. It is a very effective cost to study. Scholarships that are provided by the government are accepted. They also provide an EMI option for fee payment. Anyone willing to study can afford it.

Fests are very regular happenings in SNIST. Some fests like Adastra, Sreevision, Dandiya night, food fest are conducted. Books are vastly available to students in the library. The classrooms and labs are well equipped. Sports and extracurricular activities are highly encouraged. Social groups run by students like Arts club, Sports club, Techvision club are present.
