Entrance Preview

I just passed out my class 12th and i score 81.25% from WB Board and as I am doing CA so tuitions are more important and i dont get time to attend my classes so i choosed this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

No doubt the faculty is superb they are ever ready to help us in any way our college arranges sports like cricket, table tennis, carrom and we go for outing also.

Internships Opportunities

We dont have internship and general stripend is near about Rs 20000-25000 and yes its good starting as the college fees is also very less and so we cannot expect more.

Placement Experience

As i am in 2nd year i just dont know but hear i go from our seniors and staffs we got to know that many company comes and gives packages around 2.5 Lakh.

College Events

Cricket, Table Tennis, Carrom and outing and picnic too as i already mentioned above and again mentioned here also overall a good college i going for CA you must opt this college if u want to enjoy college life then go for some other options.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.
